Buna ziua!Ma numesc Sarius si am si eu o problema!Acum 4 luni mi-a fost descoperit un virus hepatic B prezent in organism!Am intrerupt antrenamentele pentru ca mi s-a recomandat de catre medicul de familie sa nu fac efort!Am mers la un spital de infectioase din Bucuresti si medicul deacolo mi-a zis ca am voie sa fac efort fizic ! Prin urmare , ma poate ajuta cnva sa rezolv aceasta dilema?Am voie sa fac efort?Mentionez ca la ultimele analize facute acum cateva zile mi s-a spus ca am viremia foarte mica!Multumesc anticipat!

in faza acuta a bolii orice efort este contraindicat. in cazurile grave nici ridicatul din pat nu este permis. daca medicul specialist ti-a dat voie dupa 4 luni atunci...poti face efort. oricum ai grija la programul de odihna si alimentatie. monitorizeaza-ti cat mai des functia hepatica.

Cred ca Lukian ne mai poate ajuta cu o parere competenta aici.

Nu pot sa imi dau asa cu parerea pentru ca nu stiu in ce stadiu te afli si ce tratement ai luat. Te rog sa nu mai cauti sfaturi pe internet pentru ca doar un medic priceput poate sa dea un verdict bun sumand toate analizele si observatiile facute. Pacat ca in ziua de astazi sunt foarte putini medici competenti pentru ca majoritatea dintre cei bun au cam plecat... spre tarile "calde" unde pot duce un trai decent si corespunzator pregatirii unui medic.

Teoretic nu e bine sa faci efort pentru ca ficatul pe langa functia de "laborator chimic"(care nu functioneaza la parametrii normali cand ai hepatita) al organismului mai are si functia de a stoca sangele. Nici eu nu as merge pe efort fizic, in nici un caz acum. Am avut si eu un amic cu hepatita B, si nu rezista deloc la efort intens. A si lesinat la un efort mai mare (alergat).
Cat despre medici, sunt de acord cu Lukian ca cei buni au plecat din cauza salariilor mici. Un profesor kinetoterapeut are salariu in jur de 1500 RON, nu ai ce sa faci cu banii astia in Romania de azi!!

salut! si eu am aceeasi problema...oarecum.... am fost depistat cu hepatita B cand aveam 2 ani si ceva,iar acum am 18. am facut tratament cu esentiale forte dupa ce am fost externat din spital si apoi am tinut regim. pe la 15 ani am facut niste analize la Matei Bals(cele legate de multiplicarea virusului) si nu au iesit foarte bine,daca nu ma insel 24700 scria pe bilet...restul analizelor imi ies in permanenta normal.am urmat 1 an tratament cu zeffix lamivudina si am repetat testele la M.Bals si de data aceasta pe bilet scria ceva de genul nesemnificativ... nu obosesc la efort..imi place sa fac orice sport si de ceva timp fac sala pentru intretinere si sa dau jos putina grasime care o am pe abdomen si piept. as dori sa mi se recomande un medic bun unde sa fac niste teste amanuntite in legatura cu stadiul bolii...
