Domn doctor fara suparare am si eu o intrebare..ai cui e vaca din fata blocului,si daca e gravida???:p :D ....Desigur am glumit.
Sa trecem la lucruri serioase!Un baiat de la sala imi tot spune de o substanta care ar fi de cateva ori mai buna ca creatina,aceasta substanta cica ar fi ,citez,"oxid nitric".As dori parerea dv.Daca exista,ce o face sau nu o face buna.Daca se poate procura dfestul de usor si de unde?

Citeste AICI (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/no2.html) despre oxidul nitric si motivatia pentru care s-ar putea folosi in culturism. Nu stiu daca este intr-adevar mai bun decat creatina. La noi s-ar putea sa se gaseasca pe la vreo firma, dar nu stiu care.
Am preluat de pe vechea pagina de consultanta cateva date despre acest subiect:

In organism oxidul nitric are rolul de a inhiba (autocrin) contractia muschilor netezi ai vaselor de sange. De exemplu, oxidul nitric creste nivelul unei enzime (guanosinmonofosfatul ciclic) si este eliberat de nervii penieni in timpul stimularii sexuale. Exista un medicament care inactiveaza un inhibitor al acestei enzime, si care este celebra Viagra. In acest fel, oxidul nitric isi poate face efectul, “paralizand” vasele de sange din penis, ceea ce produce erectie.

Background: Nitric oxide enhancing supplements are relatively common these days, having ridden on the coattails of an aggressive marketing campaign. The supplements contain the amino acid arginine and are supposed to increase levels of a naturally occurring substance called nitric oxide (which is responsible for smooth muscle relaxation). The theory is that by increasing nitric oxide, you elevate blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscles. This could result in increased muscle hypertrophy or strength.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

1) Who, when, where published:

Robinson et al, 2003, Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise

2) Study Setup Basics:

Untrained subjects tested before and after resistance exercise

10g arginine + 70g simple carbs (the basic ingredients in all nitric oxide supplements) OR 10g glycine + 70g carbs (placebo) supplemented post workout

3) Results:

NO changes in blood flow, blood pressure, insulin, or carbohydrate uptake compared to placebo

My Comments: It stands to reason that without elevated blood flow or insulin that you wouldn’t have increased nutrient delivery to muscles. It seems as though the theory behind these supplements has crumbled. Being the only published study on arginine supplementation and resistance exercise, I’d say that the days of this supplement for bodybuilding are numbered.
