supliment

va salut iar , am 1.90 cu 93.5 (am mai slabit) , endomorf , fac sala de 10 luni si vroiam sa stiu ce as putea sa iau pentru definire deoarece mi-a mai ramas grasime dar si destula masa musculara si nu vreau sa o pierd asa ca ce imi recomandati sa ma definesc? cu alimentatia stau bine cam 2-2.5 g/kgcorp , mese regulate.

36 brat
104 abdomen
109 piept

E cumva asta alimentatia sau ai schimbat-o?Ce anume bagi tu 2-2,5g /kg corp?Ma indoiesc de alea 230 si ceva de g de prot pe care zici ca le bagi.

Si cate lactate/oua/carne mananci ca sa prinzi 230 g prot?Stii ce se intampla cand dai corpului mult prea multa proteina nu?

PS: Te-ai gândit ce suplimente să iei ptr. slăbit/definit? Sau era prea mult de citit?
LE: Pentru ~200g proteină pe zi din alimente îţi trebuie: 2 gălbenuşuri, 20 albuşuri, 2l lapte, 350g carne vacă ( http://img443.imageshackus/img443/8550/215g.jpg ) Dar nu ştiu cât ai asimila fără enzime digestive şi intestinul pregătit ptr. aşa ceva.

Denis,cine isi permite carne de vita in cantitatea aia ca e destul de scumpa,cine nu,baga pui unde ii v'a trebui o cantitate muult mai mare.
Inainte ca proteinele sa se duca la wc,prin corpul tau se intampla si alte chestii mult mai naspa dar pentru asta te lasam sa te documentezi.Aa cu proteina in nestire nu iti pastrezi masa,ba chiar o poti da jos mult mai repede si iti poti invata corpul sa faca asta si in viitor daca intelegi.

am achizionat ceva de genu animal cuts deoare ce nu mai aveau , doar ca pe borcan scrie lipotropic fat burner , iar numele firmei nu il pot zice , de maine incep sa le iau 3 x lipotropic dupa fiecare masa si l-carnitina inainte de antrenament.
o intrebare am si eu , daca pot tine l-carnitina la frigider?
