Am probleme cu cotul de 4 luni, si fac sala de 1 an... Imi pocneste cotul cand imi intind bratul, dar nu simt nici o durere. Are vreo legautra acest lucru cu tipul de antrenament pe care il fac (la triceps) ? Ce ar trebui sa fac ? Precizez ca am 17 ani.

Nu ai ce sa faci. Aceste zgomote sunt obisnuite (in diverse parti ale corpului)

Buna si eu am aceeasi problema,imi pocneste cotul cand fac unele exercitii si chiar cand il intind pur si simplu uneori. Acum o saptama m-am fortat mai tare si ma doare cand fac unele miscari.Am cautat simptomele si am gasit ceva ce se numeste medial epicondyle(golfers elbow). Cam in ce consta tratamentul?(momentan pun gheata de 2-3 ori pe zi si fac exercitii de stretching)

si mie imi pocnesc coatele cand le intind de vreo 2 ani si m`am obisnuit , si genunchii

Ok,dar presupun ca nu ai si dureri,fiindca eu mi-am fortat cotul stang facand flotari romb si de aproape o saptamana ma tot doare,nu am mai mers la sala de atunci.
