Fac sala de ceva timp si am practicat atletism de performanta 8 ani..am un abdomen bine conturat insa nu am reusit sa imi definesc patratele de jos..nu vor sa cedeze..am incercat toate exercitiile si nimic..As vrea sa stiu si eu care exercitiu solicita mai mult partea de jos a abdomenului. Va multumesc anticipat.
